How do I see the Prize Matrix for the game I want to enter?

You can look at the Prize Matrix of any game by clicking on Payout Rules on any of the main game screens. This matrix will tell you what percentage of the prize pot you will win, depending on the position you are ranked and the number of players in the game.

    Back to Index

    How are winnings calculated?

Once the scores of an event have been validated, points are allocated to each player in the game. The players are then ranked accordingly to who has the highest number of points. The prize pot is then distributed accordingly to the Prize Matrix loaded for that game.

For example, in a Winner Takes All game, the whole prize pot goes to the Top Predictor.

How do I know if I’ve won anything?

Once the game is over, go to the My Plays section of the platform, choose the Past tab, then click on the game name. In here, you will see what place you were ranked amongst all players, and what your winnings are, if any. You can check your winnings by clicking on the PayOut Rules tab and looking up your placement position against how many players were in the game.

We always try to rank predictions and pay out winnings as quickly as possible. For some events, official confirmation of the result is necessary before settlement takes place, which may cause a slight delay.

What’s the minimum & maximum amount of money I can withdraw?

There is no minimum cash out amount.

The maximum amount that we can pay out in any one day is £5000. If you have won more than this amount and would like to cash it out, you can make multiple cash out requests on subsequent days. Alternatively please contact Customer Services, and, subject to additional identity verification and anti-money laundering checks, we may be able to facilitate a manual cash out request.

What do I do if I don’t receive my payment?

If you have not received your requested cash out amount within 5 working days, please contact Customer Services.

    Back to Index

How long does the money take to reach my bank?

    Back to Index

Why is there an extra 10p added to my cash out payment?

The first time you make a cash out request, we need to undertake a couple of extra security checks – this is part of our commitment to combatting money laundering and fraud. When you cash out for the first time, we send a request to your card provider for a 10p transaction to ensure that the card is valid, and that it belongs to you. Assuming that the transaction is successful, we then make the full cash out payment requested (subject to our maximum daily limit) and also refund you the additional 10p.

How does the point system work?

In scores based games – the higher the better! Players gain 3 points for a correct result and 5 points for a correct score

Example: Let’s say Man Utd beat Liverpool 2:1.

If you predicted that Man Utd vs Liverpool finished at 2:1, then you will receive 8 points for both a correct result and a correct score. If you predicted 3:1, you will receive 3 points for a correct result only. If you predicted a Liverpool win, then you’ll receive no points!

In placement based games – the lower the better! Points are allocated not just on correct final placement, but also on their proximity to final placement to ensure that those who consistently predict most accurately are rewarded!

A “spot on” placement prediction scores is a 0; for all other predictions, the player is awarded the number of points difference between the actual place and the predicted place e.g. if a player predicted Manchester United to finish 1st and they finish 4th, the player is awarded 3 points on that team, because their prediction was three places out. This rule is applied to every position in the league to give a final total which is then expressed as an “accuracy percentage”. The lower the total points, the higher the accuracy percentage.
